This is a new technology called Aesthetic quality Inference Engine( ACQUINE ) which determines aesthetic value of an image.You can upload your own images for rating or can give a link for the same.The system extracts and uses visual aspects such as colour saturation,colour distribution,and photo composition etc to rate them from 0 to 100.System learns to associate these aspects with the way human rate photos based on previously rated photographs.I am sure there must be some limits too.
